Many of our items are made-to-order or prepared in small batches.

3–7 business days for processing apparel, mugs, glassware, and print-on-demand items
3–10 business days for candles, oils, herbs, and apothecary products

Incorrect Addresses

lost packages due to incorrect addresses
returned shipments caused by address errors
additional shipping fees for reshipment

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Coven & Chaos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
